The provisions of this book of special administrative clauses concern the operation and overall maintenance of heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water, ventilation installations:

— P1 supply management and energy management provision with incentively clause;

— P2 delivery of driving, maintenance and troubleshooting of all the equipment supported, including the provision of water treatments necessary for the needs of ECS and primary circuits, maintenance of legionella maintenance, maintenance of technical equipment necessary for heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning and ventilation;

— transparent P3 provision of large maintenance and renewal of equipment.

Options for carrying out works:

Purchase order contract for services ancillary to P2 services (BPU).
