Description:
Successive supply of chemical reagents

1) The subject of the contract are successive (batches depending on the needs) deliveries of chemical reagents.

2) Reagents must be brand new and come from current production (i.e. they were produced not earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the subject of the order) and have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, except for those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has stipulated a shorter expiry date. Reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and have all relevant certificates and certificates confirming the admission of the supplied product to the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

3. The scope of the order includes: the supply of reagents, their transport, unloading and the delivery to the destination.

1) The subject of the contract are successive (batches depending on the needs) deliveries of chemical reagents. The expected assortment and quantities of reagents are specified in Appendix No. 2 - Assortment and price form, subject to point 4.

2) The reagents offered must be factory new and come from current production (i.e., produced no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the item of the order) and have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signature of the receipt protocol, except those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has claimed a shorter expiry date. Reagents should be free of physical and legal defects and have all relevant certificates and certificates confirming the marketing of the product in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

3. The scope of the order includes: the supply of reagents, their transport, unloading and the delivery to the destination.

4) The subject matter of the contract, specified in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, was prepared on the basis of an analysis of deliveries made over the last 12 months, as part of several dozen research programs, the continuation of which requires the absolute use of reagents from the same manufacturer. However, the analysis of deliveries made in previous years shows that the predictability (repeatability in terms of quantity and assortment) is at the level of approx. 40%. Often, it is necessary to change reagents during the course of research. Taking into account the above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject matter of the contract specified in the type (assortment) listed in Appendix 2, as well as to limit the subject matter of the contract due to the needs that the Contracting Authority is not able to precisely predict at the stage of the procedure, as well as under the contract the Contracting Authority will be able to purchase other required reagents than those specified in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference, belonging to the same category, provided that the total value of the ordered reagents does not exceed the value of the contract, determined on the basis of the accepted most advantageous offer.

5) The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority on the basis of orders, for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

6) Deadline for implementation of the ordered batch of reagents:

a) Maximum delivery time: up to 30 days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party,

The Contractor may shorten the delivery period in relation to the required deadline indicated above. A bid providing for a shortening of the delivery time will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer.

b) in the case of chemical reagents requiring appropriate permits, i.e. narcotic substances, substances of strategic importance, depleting the ozone layer, etc. – the Contractor shall deliver and unload within no more than 28 days from the date of delivery of the above-mentioned permits to the Contractor.

7) Required minimum warranty period: the quality guarantee should be granted for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the quantitative and qualitative acceptance protocol, excluding those reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter validity period.

8) Minimum payment term: 14 days.
