Framework agreement delivery of office furniture

The University of Osnabrück intends to conclude a framework agreement with a four-year term (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024; without an extension option) with a company regarding the delivery and assembly of office furniture from the product portfolio of the manufacturer "Assmann Büromöbel GmbH & CO. KG “(Heinrich-Assmann-Straße 11, 49324 Melle) as well as repair services for office furniture.

The University of Osnabrück intends to conclude a framework agreement with a four-year term (the term begins on January 1, 2021 and ends on December 31, 2024; no extension option) with a company regarding the delivery and assembly of office furniture from the product portfolio of the manufacturer "Assmann Büromöbel GmbH & CO . KG “(Heinrich-Assmann-Straße 11, 49324 Melle) as well as repair services for office furniture.

The services of the contractor are called up as individual orders (individual requests) from this framework agreement as required.

a) The subject of the delivery and assembly services are desks, roll containers, conference / meeting tables and cabinets from the product families (so-called systems) “Allvia”, “Canvaro”, “Pontis” and “Sympas” from the above-mentioned manufacturer. An annual average call volume of approx. 100 individual orders with a total order value of approx. 100,000 EUR (net) per year is assumed.

The delivery item is exclusively office furniture from the above-mentioned manufacturer, as this is almost exclusively available in the administration of the University of Osnabrück. In this way, visual and functional uniformity can be ensured in the long term. It is therefore necessary to use this office furniture, especially when renovating, expanding or purchasing replacements.

b) The repair services include replacement, assembly and repair work

- Office furniture from future deliveries by the contractor. This does not apply to measures that the contractor undertakes as part of the (subsequent) performance or removal of defects in services according to lit. a (delivery and assembly of office furniture),

- Existing office furniture (including desks, roll containers, conference / meeting tables, cupboards, seating including upholstery, armrests and castors, magnetic boards, joiner's products and other meeting furniture) at the client.

An annual average call volume of around 100 smaller individual orders with a total order value of EUR 5,000 (net) per year on average is assumed.
