The renovation goals are the sustainable preservation of the main building, functional adaptation and space optimization as well as the renovation of the historic school complex in accordance with the requirements of historical monuments.

Note: The school building is completely empty, there is no use of the parts of the building and the adjacent areas of the school grounds. The work and assembly planning must be submitted to the public construction management for approval no later than 4 weeks after the contract has been awarded.
