According to the current spatial standards of the state of Berlin, the Luise-Henriette-Schule is to become a
4-class grammar school. The building ensemble is a listed building.
Due to the damage found in the attic of the main building, the roof including the roof truss as well as the top floor ceiling above the 3rd floor will be demolished and rebuilt. The extension from the 50s on Germaniastraße will be demolished and replaced by a
New building replaced. The caretaker's apartment will be demolished without replacement. The renovation goals are the sustainable preservation of the main building, functional adaptation and space optimization as well as the renovation of the historic school complex in accordance with the requirements of historical monuments.

Note: The school building is completely empty, there is no use of the parts of the building and the adjacent areas of the school grounds. The work and assembly planning must be submitted to the public construction management for approval no later than 4 weeks after the contract has been awarded.
