The object of the measure according to § 16 paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code II in conjunction with section 45 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 2 of the SGB III is the introduction to the training and labour market as well as the identification, reduction or removal of obstacles to placement.

This may include all activities of activation and support of the unemployed aimed at permanent occupational integration.

The target group includes refugees from Ukraine who are entitled to benefits under SGB II. As a rule, the refugees have only recently arrived in Germany and have therefore not yet taken part in a language or integration course. It can therefore be assumed that these refugees have considerable deficits in the German language. Following the measure, participants should take part in an integration/language course. If a corresponding place in an integration/language course becomes available during the individual assignment period, it is possible that the placement specialist of the client takes the participant out of the measure prematurely.
