The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and cleanliness service of rooms, exhibition areas and exhibits in the buildings of the Science and Technology Centre, EC1 Łódź.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of requirements, scope, areas, quantities, schedules and instructions as well as the rules for the performance of services in the scope of implementation shall specify:

1) Detailed description of the subject of the order together with the annexes (SOPZ or OPZ) — annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU) — annex 2 to the SWZ.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing activities in the field of contract performance (indicated in the "Surface cleaning schedule" and in the "Exhibit cleaning schedule" (in Annex 1.2-1.3 to the Detailed description of the subject of the contract)) be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor (if it will perform a given part of the contract) on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 Paragraph 1 of the Law of 26 June 1974 Labor Code, for the duration of the contract.
