This public contract concerns a multi-year, 48-month open contract for the maintenance of kitchen appliances (with the exception of refrigeration installations) of all kitchen complexes recognized by the defense, divided into three lots:
- lot 1: East Flanders, West Flanders and the Tournai region;
- lot 2: the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant and the Brussels-Capital region;
- lot 3: Wallonia (excluding the Tournai region).
This contract includes the maintenance and repair of various kitchen appliances (with the exception of refrigeration installations - this is done via a separate maintenance contract) as well as the delivery of specific cleaning products (for example: cleaning tablets for combisteamers ...) by kitchen, included in the inventory in Ann to App 1.
The contract also provides for the possibility of adding new devices of any brand / type to the initial list (see inventory in Ann to App 1) following a new purchase or the replacement of an old device, or of deleting devices. from the initial list (for example, as the outsourcing of facility management for military quarters progresses within the defense, the number of aircraft maintained by the defense itself will decrease).
When replacing devices, the goal will always be not to increase capacity. On the contrary, whenever possible, several devices will always be replaced by a smaller number of new, more efficient devices. New devices will always have to comply with current standards and rules for HACCP, performance, economy and efficiency.
