The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training arranges several courses and conferences in various places in Norway each year, and therefore wishes to enter into a parallel framework agreement with several providers for course and conference services. The framework agreement period will be two years, with an option for one plus one year extension. The maximum duration of the framework agreement will be four years.

Before the pandemic, we had an annual consumption of to a value of approx. NOK 40 million excluding VAT. We expect that the scope of the Directorate's course and conference activities will be reduced in the future, partly as a result of the work to achieve Norway's climate goals given in the Paris Agreement. However, the Directorate will still need course and conference services in the years to come. The exact value of the framework agreement is therefore difficult to estimate. We expect that there will be an annual need for services for a value between NOK 25 million and NOK 35 million excluding VAT.
The Directorate has previously arranged courses and conferences in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger, Tromsø, Bodø, Molde and Hamar. However, courses and conferences may also be relevant elsewhere.
The framework agreement is non-exclusive.
