The subject of the contract is the successive supply of office supplies to the courts of appeal of Szczecin. SA acts on its own behalf and for the benefit of the courts of common appeal of Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as the “courts”) on the basis of the authority of the Minister of Justice by the Order of 2 June 2021 on the designation of the central contracting officer and contracting authority to carry out procurement or procurement procedures for organisational units subordinate or supervised by the Minister of Justice and the organisation of delivery and services in the common judiciary.

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of office supplies to the courts of the Szczecin appeal. The implementation of supplies will be carried out in the form of partial deliveries, on the basis of orders placed by the Judiciary entities, through the IT system of the Ordering Party, to the address e- mail indicated by the Contractor.All office supplies must be factory new (not operated), originally packaged by the manufacturer (the exception is the decompilation of the original packaging of the Manufacturer so that the requirement of the unit of measurement according to SWZ is met) and not withdrawn from production, free of physical or legal defects, corresponding to the type and parameters described in Annex No 5 to SWZ.

The expiry date (suitability) of the item of the order is a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the Ordering Party, or the shelf life on the package if it is a longer term.

The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the order without additional remuneration and undertakes to unload the products and bring to the places indicated by the representative of the court to which the partial order is delivered.
