The client intends to build a support heating plant (total capacity 45 MW). The client supplies citizens, companies and municipal facilities in Unterföhring with district heating from four deep geothermal boreholes. The support heating system based on natural gas is to serve as a redundancy and for peak load. This is where the VE21 fireplace systems are awarded.
Construction of three identical chimney systems for oil and gas boilers, each with a capacity of 15 MW, consisting of:
• Free-standing, one-piece support tube made of S235JRG2 with a total length of 32.9 m and an outer diameter of 1,220 mm, exterior with stainless steel cladding
• Roller bearing, stainless steel exhaust pipe AISI 316ti (1.4571) with 32.9 m total length and diameter 1,004 mm, wall thickness at least 2 mm according to statics
• Circumferential measuring platform, cleaning platform, continuous safety ladder
• Muzzle vibration damper as required
• Connections for flue gas pipe DN 1000
• Flue gas silencer, standing next to the chimney with a length of approx. 7.5 m
• Connection line DN 1000 (1.4571) between silencer and on-site boiler systems
• Creation of fitting pieces for the silencers for emission measurement
• including anchor basket (to be delivered in advance)
• static calculation of all components
