Hillerød Technical School is located at Milnersvej 48, 3400 Hillerød.

The building is a workshop building with a large number of different workshops for educational purposes, The building is a coherent building built with a shed roof and a flat roof. The area of the building is approx. 11,000 m2 and has been rebuilt and expanded several times.

The present project involves a replacement of the roof. The interior of the building is to be renovated with the replacement of ceilings. A test has been carried out in an area of the building that can be viewed.

The works are carried out in the main contract.

The works include:

• Demolition of existing roof coating

• Establishment of a new cardboard roof and new insulation

• Replacing windows

• Partial replacement of ceilings

• Partial replacement of electrical installations and lighting

• Partial renovation / replacement of plumbing installations
