The purpose of this consultation is to provide cleaning and maintenance services for the premises, furniture and windows (interior and exterior) of the buildings of the Occitanie West Delegation of the CNRS. The contract took the form of a non-allotted and single-beneficiary framework agreement. The Framework Agreement is executed by purchase order (s) and subsequent contract (s). The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum in accordance with article R. 2162-4.2 o of the public order code. The provisional date for the start of performance of the services is set at 1.12.2020.

The framework agreement includes the following services with performance obligations under the package:

Basic or flat-rate services are defined as follows:

- cleaning and maintenance of the premises,

- cleaning of windows and frames.

The services at the request of the CNRS representative and throughout the duration of the contract (possible renewals included) include:

- cleaning of additional exterior and interior windows,

- occasional maintenance / cleaning of the premises.

Services performed by means of subsequent contracts which concern:

- other services falling within the scope of the framework agreement but which have not yet been defined.
