Meals to be provided to residents, resident guests, senior citizens and municipal staff will be prepared on site, at the kitchen of the Jardins de Noisy restaurant, by the provider who will ensure the purchase of the necessary food for the making of said meals and services attached.

The quantities that will be ordered under this contract are likely to vary over a period of one year, within the following limits:

- meals of residents and guests per year: minimum: 6,500 - maximum: 11,000,

- communal staff meals per year: minimum: 500 - maximum: 1,500.

Provision of meals to be prepared on the spot for the residents of the autonomous residence, the guests of the residents and the elderly outside, as well as for the communal staff.
