Collaboration DOVA wishes to conclude a service agreement with one contractor who makes a tool available with up-to-date 360-degree images and which provides panoramic photos of public transport stops in the Netherlands for the Central Halte File (CHB). DOVA must provide the panoramic photos and be given access to the tool, as well as third parties on behalf of and / or with the permission of DOVA.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The scope of the contract has been estimated by DOVA in terms of contract value, on the basis of which it has been established that the European tender threshold is (possibly) exceeded. In the tender documents, the scope of the contract for the market is determined with a description of the nature of the services and the number of stops, mutations and users / organizations with regard to the use of the tool, which can be assumed at the time of the making a registration, including the possible flexibility in this.
