The object of the procurement is the digital pathology production system On Premise delivery to the customer's data center. The system entity shall include scanning equipment for digitising pathology sample glasses with any necessary peripherals, software for viewing and managing scanning images, and background software required by the system, excluding archiving solutions.

The production system will be used by the pathology service unit of the wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia.

The draft contract for the procurement is attached as Annex 6. The contract has not been divided into parts for different suppliers because its implementation in terms of risk management and contract management is not appropriate.
