The object of the service is the collection, transport and recovery (operations referred to in Annex C in Part IV of Legislative Decree 152/06) of waste consisting of pruning and green maintenance waste – CER 20.02.01, collected in the catchment area of SRT, mainly through separate home collection or delivered to municipal collection centers, as well as coming from professional green maintenance activities.

The waste covered by the contract is characterized by a high seasonal variability being made up of pruning waste of various sizes, foliage, grass mowing and can be deposited both in covered and uncovered areas, with humidity level, therefore, also depending on weather conditions.
Services are to be considered essential public services in all respects; therefore, for no reason may they be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In case of abstention from work due to strike called by trade associations, essential services must be provided, as required by Law 15.6.1990 n. 146.
