In the town of Hennigsdorf, north of Berlin on the A111, four buildings are to be constructed on the area between Albert Schweitzer Strasse, Fabrikstrasse, August Conrad Street and Berliner Strasse:

The buildings A, B, C have 5 x floor levels. KG, EC, 1st floor, 2nd floor, DG

The parking deck has 2 x floor levels. KG, EC.

Buildings A, B and C are shaped like a crest or "E" with a main street side building and several regular building extensions facing the courtyard.

The buildings are modular designed so that many parts have the same mass. The stairwells are built with a lift shaft and precast stairs.

The basement is made of WU concrete. The load-bearing walls of limestone or reinforced concrete. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete as filigree ceilings.

Lot 1 metal houses

Railings, handrails, screens for three residential buildings with a total of 114 apartments.

House D is a two storey parking deck. Works for steel support construction as well as facade panels.
