Newlon Housing Trust are seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of construction / design and construction works to facilitate our programme of building new homes. Newlon Housing Trust has an affordable Housing Growth Target of 2000 dwellings to be constructed by the year 2022. It is estimated that contracts with a total value of 50 000 000 GBP — 200 000 000 GBP will be let within the term of the Framework. The value of works contracts to be awarded through this Framework has been based on limited knowledge of expected and potential schemes and projects. Newlon Housing Trust reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the services only, at its sole discretion. Newlon Housing shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant as a result of its exercise of this discretion.
