- The subject of the contract includes: collection and management of municipal waste created on the territory of the property where residents live in the territory of sector I of Krzeszowice Municipality. Sector I of the municipality Krzeszowice includes the following villages: Czerna, Dębnik, Dubie, Filipowice, Krzeszowice, Miękinia, Nowa Góra, Ostrężnica, Paczółtowice, Siedlec, Żary.
-The detailed scope of the service and any requirements for the provision of the service for the collection and management of municipal waste covered by this order (requirements set out pursuant to Article 218 (2) of the Act) are described:
- in Part II - Detailed Description of the Order Item and
- Part III — Model Agreement.
1. The subject of the order includes:
(a) the collection and management of municipal waste created on the territory of the property where residents reside, located in the territory of sector I of the municipality Krzeszowice.
Types of waste covered by the contract and their estimated quantities per year (in Mg/year):Mixed waste Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 3 400;
PMTS fractions Paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging - 363;
Plastics, plastic packaging - 297;
Glass, glass packaging - 440;
Bioodpady - 710;
Furniture and other bulky waste - 220;
Total -5 430.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the above values may be used to determine the value of the offer, however, the quantity of waste may change depending on the actual amount of waste generated by the owners of the property.
1.1. The subject of the order also includes:
a. delivery of containers and bags for selective waste collection, in accordance with SWZ
b. Preparation of a waste collection schedule by the Contractor, ensuring the regularity and repeatability of the receipt, so that residents can easily plan the preparation of waste for collection. The timetable must ensure continuity of service provision, i.e. when setting new dates for receipts, existing export dates should be taken into account in order to avoid intervals between reception dates of more than 5 weeks.
c. The records of waste received from owners.
d. the provision of services at certain times.
e. rubbing of vehicles (weighing vehicles before receiving) and weighing municipal waste before transporting them to the installation, in the area of PSZOK in Krzeszowice, PoTransczna Street 7.
information about non-selective or improper collection of waste by property owners.
f. informing about non-selective or improper collection of waste by property owners. The execution of this part of the order will be related, inter alia, to incurring the cost of printing stickers — details are described in Chapter G of this document.
g. equipment of vehicles intended for the completion of the subject of the order with cameras recording day and time, which will enable monitoring and control of waste collection
from inhabited properties on which municipal waste is created.
2. The subject of the order does not include:
- the receipt of waste other than municipal waste, e.g. resulting from business activities,
- receipt of municipal waste from the property where residents do not reside and municipal waste is created,
- receiving waste from sector II of the municipality Krzeszowice and PSZOK,
- Receiving waste from street baskets.
3. The detailed scope of the service and any requirements for the provision of the service for the collection and management of municipal waste covered by this order (requirements set out pursuant to Article 218 (2) of the Act) are described:
- in Part II - Detailed Description of the Order Item and
- Part III — Model Agreement.

The Contracting Authority shall require the submission with the offer of the following measures of evidence in question:
(a) Photographs of cars (whole vehicle) listed in Chapter 9, paragraph 1.4, point 2), (a) together with their description, resulting from which all the conditions listed in Chapter 9, paragraph 1.4, point 2), (a) will be fulfilled.
b) Document* from which it will be clearly shown that the vehicle used by him adapted for the reception of mixed municipal waste has a specific EURO 5 or EURO 6 emission standard or equivalent or is a vehicle powered by alternative fuels
within the meaning of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels. In particular, the Contractor may submit one of these documents in the procurement documents.
In connection with paragraph 2, the Contracting Authority provides for the application of Article 107(2) of the PPL.
