The subject of the contract includes the construction and replacement of street lighting with energy-saving LEDs in Radziejów, and in particular: a) construction of lighting lines with 9 poles and 9 luminaires in Płowiecka and Prusa streets, b) replacement of cable line lighting poles in places indicated by the Ordering Party – 34 pcs in accordance with Annex No. 12 to the SWZ, c) replacement of booms - 457 pcs, d) replacement of existing power supply and protection elements – power cables for housings, fuse boxes, fuses – 699 pcs, e) disassembly of sodium and mercury luminaires – 699 pcs. f) assembly of new LED luminaires using programmable power reducers – 699 pcs, g) dismantling of existing lighting control cabinets – 33 pcs, h) installation of lighting control cabinets – 33 pcs, i) installation of reactive power compensators – 33 pcs, j) implementation of the lighting management system – details of the lighting management system can be found in Annex 11 to the SWZ- Technical requirements for Modernization Works point 3. 2. All construction works must be carried out with a obtained building permit and notification of construction works. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached (Annex No. 8 - Design documentation, Appendix No. 9 - Detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, Appendix No. 10 - Bill of quantities, Annex No. 11 - Technical requirements for Modernization Works, Appendix No. 12 - Specification of the description of the subject of the contract). 4. The Contracting Authority informs that the attached bill of quantities is only indicative and does not constitute the basis for calculating the remuneration, the Contractor should make its own measurement of works. 5. In the event of discrepancies in the description of the subject of the contract between the Design Documentation and the Technical Requirements for Modernization Works, the works should be carried out in accordance with the Design Documentation, which constitutes Annex 8 to the SWZ. 6. The Contracting Authority informs that part of the works will be carried out in the conservation protection zone, therefore the works should be carried out in accordance with the decision of the conservator of monuments to carry out works in the conservation protection zone and under archaeological supervision, which will be provided by the Contracting Authority.
