RIT procures printers and plotters on the basis of the Order of the Government of the Republic No. 119 of 14.04.2022. Framework agreements awarded on the basis of a procurement contract extend to all public authorities specified in the relevant order, in addition to legal entities that have authorised RIT to carry out a call for tenders (joint contractors listed in the list of joint contractors) and to those acquired through voluntary centralised procurement.

Contracts are awarded both for the purchase of supplies (with the right to acquire a thing) and for renting (without the right to acquire a thing) with the possibility of full maintenance services. The subject-matter of the contract is printers and plotters with accessories and components. The object of the procurement also includes the delivery of the purchased or rented object to a place specified by the contracting authority in Estonia and the return (withdrawal) of the object to be rented at the end of the procurement contract at the location specified by the contracting authority in Estonia.
