The Fusion21 Education Modular Buildings Framework has been designed specifically to help the education sector provide cost effective and sustainable learning environments, the new framework has 4 lots including: Lot 1: Hire of Modular Buildings — Temporary Accommodation; Lot 2: Modular Construction with a value of up to 750 000 GBP; Lot 3: Modular Construction with a value between 750 000 GBP and 3 000 000 GBP; and Lot 4: Modular Construction worth 3 000 000 GBP and over. Fusion21 are seeking multiple and single supply partners dependent on the Lots as outlined in this Notice and the ITT.

Covers the hire of modular buildings for use as classrooms, teaching areas and the required facilities.

Covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works) of education building classrooms. The Lot covers, but is not limited to, modular buildings for teaching and/or research laboratory space, together with seminar rooms, library, learning resource centres, classrooms, social spaces, staff offices, communal areas, receptions, porterage areas, lecture theatres, classrooms, halls of residence, student areas, campus areas and facilities including sports and leisure, catering, religious, recreation, landscaping, car parking, and site security.

Covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works) of education building classrooms. The Lot covers, but is not limited to, modular buildings for teaching and/or research laboratory space, together with seminar rooms, library, learning resource centres, classrooms, social spaces, staff offices, communal areas, receptions, porterage areas, lecture theatres, classrooms, halls of residence, student areas, campus areas and facilities including sports and leisure, catering, religious, recreation, landscaping, car parking, and site security.

Fusion21 will be appointing 1 Framework Partner per geographical region with the intention of engaging in a strategic partnership with the Framework Partner(s).
