The subject of the contract is a project management contract for the construction of approximately 26 collective social housing units, located at 16, avenue du Chater in Francheville (69340). This operation will be developed in BIM design. It will be NF Habitat HQE certified and will have to comply with the performance levels of the 2028 thresholds of the RE2020. It will also have to obtain the bio-based building label – level 2 and comply with the requirements of the Sustainable Housing standard of the Métropole de Lyon.
