On the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender and its appendices, Yle requests an offer for the resale of software licenses to be installed as software services (SaaS) and devices (workstations, servers, mobile devices) and related additional services.
The software that is the subject of the procurement is independently and easy to implement by Yle's users, and it does not require large-scale, separately projected commissioning.
The acquisition is divided into two different subdivisions:
- Software usage rights, produced as software services (SaaS)
- Software licenses, those that are installed on devices
You can only submit an offer for one or both areas.
