The subject of the contract are maintenance works as part of two maintenance of flood embankments located along rivers in the Warsaw Catchment Board in the years 2023 - 2025.

The contractor – before commencing the first maintenance in each year covered by the scope of the contract – will be obliged to secure environmental supervision.

The levees to be maintained are located in four Water Supervisions; The subject of the order has been divided into 6 parts

"Description of the subject of the contract" containing information on the scope and conditions of performance of the contract for all parts of the contract is included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The main maintenance works are works such as mechanical and manual mowing of lichens from slopes and the crown of the embankment, raking hand-mowed lichens.

Works on the ramparts will be carried out in the immediate vicinity of Natura 2000 — Central Vistula Valley.

The Contractor is obliged to safeguard the Natural Surveillance of one time inspection (before I maintenance) of the slopes and the crown of the shaft for the presence of nests of species protected animals and for the presence of positions of protected plant species.
