PR Agency Services Japan and South Korea

IDA is seeking the services of a public relations (PR) agency for Japan. The agency would primarily be responsible for the Japanese market and to a lesser extent the Korean market. IDA Ireland is availing of Annex XIV under Directive 2014/24/EU, as transposed into Irish law by the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities’ Contracts) Regulations, 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) using the Open procedure voluntarily advertising on etenders.
