Single Treasury Service pursuant to art. 208 et seq. of Legislative Decree 267/2001
Lot 1 – Municipality of ScandianoThe contract, inclusive of all taxes and charges, has the following amounts:
- € 75,000.00 (excluding VAT) for a period of 60 months – from the date of signing of the contract, presumably 01/01/2024 until 31/12/2028;
- € 75,000.00 (VAT charges excluded) for any request for repetition of the service up to a maximum of a further 60 months – 01/01/2029 – 31/12/2033 (presumed dates);
- that the total amount of the contract, pursuant to art. 14 c. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 is equal to € 150,000.00 (in addition to tax charges);
Lot 2 – Unione Tresinaro SecchiaThe contract, including all taxes and charges, includes the following amounts:
- € 50,000.00 (VAT excluded) for a period of 60 months – from the date of signing of the contract, presumably 01/01/2024 until 31/12/2028;
- € 50,000.00 (VAT excluded) for any request for repetition of the Service up to a maximum of a further 60 months – 01/01/2029 – 31/12/2033 (presumed dates);
- that the total amount of the contract, pursuant to art. 14 c. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 is equal to € 100,000.00 (in addition to tax charges);
