Bavarian State Parliament Maximilianeum - general renovation of the basement including the building services systems in the old building.

The subject of measure MSK2 is the general renovation of the basement including the building services systems in the old Maximilianeum building. The overall construction measure will be implemented in several partial construction measures MSK2.1 to MSK2.4.

The contract “master builder work 1” is part of the MSK2.1 sub-construction measure with the renovation and conversion of the building sections Caverns South, Old Building North and printing works as well as the construction of a new underground building with an archive library and a sprinkler tank.

The contract "master builder work 1" includes the following service areas:

- construction site equipment (contractor, sanitary container for client),

- pollution remediation (asbestos, KMF, PAH),

- Demolition / dismantling work (partial demolition measures),

- earthworks (inside the building and excavation),

- Disposal (earthworks and mineral building rubble),

- Special civil engineering work (HDI injection, medium pressure injection),

- sheeting work (shotcrete shells, securing with micropiles),

- underpinning according to DIN 4123,

- Concrete work (foundations, floor slabs, walls, supports, lintels, support beams, stairs),

- masonry work (walls, infills, renovation work on existing masonry),

- surface treatment of concrete (sticking),

- plastering work (interior and exterior plastering),

- metal construction work (construction aids, temporary arrangements),

- thermal insulation work (interior insulation),

- Technical installations in sanitary facilities (underground pipes, rain drainage, shafts),

- Technical built-in electrical equipment (lightning protection).
