The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, trees, maintenance of forest facilities and harvesting and breaking timber to be carried out in Łąck Forest District Luszyn in the year 2022.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in Łąck Forest District in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of farming and protection of the forest, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and maintenance of facilities forests resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No 3.1. — size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex No 3.2. — sortment arrangement for timber harvesting; The in-kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.2 are estimated. Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State and Decision No 44 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Łódź of 29 September 2021 on the introduction of the “Regional Description of the Technology Standard of Forestry Performance Technology” in organizational units of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Łódź. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works) and Annex 4.1 (Regional description of the technology standard for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 and 4.1 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the order includes selected activity codes included in Annexes No. 4 and 4.1 used in the Forest District. A description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 and 4.1 to the SWZ. The presented packages apply to surfaces affected by windshrubs. Therefore, the sourcing cuts are the nature of adventure cuts - they will be single, commissioned to remove a tree or a group with a small area, billed as an adventure use. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.
