The main purpose of this contract is the maintenance of C.V.C. (Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning) installations in municipal buildings and includes six lots defined in the contract documents.

Maintenance covers all interventions and works intended to permanently ensure a level of performance, comfort and safety of existing equipment.
