AeroGround Flughafen München GmbH currently has around 2,500 trailers, 5 so-called “towable stairs” and various container racks for storing containers. These are divided into the following main categories:

- Category 1: Approximately 1,000 pcs dollies and four-wheel steering trailers for luggage transport (GFA trailer). They are equipped with all-wheel steering, some luggage bodies and partly container racks.

- Category 2: approx. 450 pcs. standard trailers for cargo, some with superstructures for surfboard and ski transport, simple designs with and without sidewall grille, with and without tarpaulin.

- Category 3: Approximately 1,050 pcs. dollies for pallet and container transport in various sizes with roll beds.

The assignment includes UVV inspection (accident prevention regulations), maintenance, repair, as well as independent material and spare parts management. The work services are to be provided on site on the non-public premises of the airport. The required premises, work surface, social room and sanitary facilities, including energy supply, water, sewage, are provided to the contractor free of charge.

The contractor must provide and offer all equipment such as tools, machines, forklift trucks, shelves and storage etc. in the hall provided by the client to fulfill all maintenance services.
