The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents from the Municipality of Radomsko live in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The scope of the contract includes equipping real estate where residents live with containers and bags for mixed and selectively collected waste, organizing, running and equipping additional Auxiliary Selective Waste Collection Points with containers and collecting municipal waste from the above-mentioned properties and Points - and then their transport to the place of their development, i.e. to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Płoszów. described in Chapter 4 SWZ Description of the subject of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the municipality of the City of Radomsko in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024. 2. The scope of the contract includes the performance in the above-mentioned period: 1) equipping real estate where residents live in: separate containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste and separate containers for selectively collected ash, as well as containers or bags for selectively collected waste: separate containers / bags: for glass, for paper and cardboard, for metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, for bio-waste constituting food and kitchen waste, for bio-waste constituting waste from the care of gardens and parks and separate bags for textile and clothing waste and making the above-mentioned containers available on an ongoing basis and taking care of their sanitary, technical and order condition. 2) organization, operation and equipment with containers of 10 Auxiliary Points of selective collection of municipal waste - for selective collection of waste: glass (green), paper and cardboard (blue), metals, plastics and multi-material packaging (yellow); and at least 20 points for the collection of waste batteries and accumulators and at least 8 points for the collection of expired medicines; 3) collection of municipal waste from the above-mentioned properties and from the above-mentioned Points. Waste collection should be understood in particular as emptying containers of waste and transporting this waste immediately after its collection, (without storage) to the place of their management indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Płoszów. 4) Conducting information and educational activities in the field of municipal waste management, in particular in the field of selective collection of municipal waste.
