On the southern site of Leipzig – Halle Airport, the construction of a new office and functional building is planned as part of the ongoing expansion measures. This is to be realized as a general contractor service with planning of Lph. 5 and subsequent construction.

The overall construction project is divided into structural facilities (KG 300, 400), paved areas and traffic facilities as well as facilities for technical development.

The following services are provided in particular:

Building structures:

- Functional building

Paved surfaces - external bearings

- Abfallcontainer

- Feuerwehrcontainer

- Forecourt attachment functional building

Traffic facilities - access roads 1-5

- Parking spaces

- Truck parking spaces

- Walkways

Technical development systems - surface water and wastewater sewers

- Drinking water and extinguishing water pipes

- ELT lines and street lighting

- Charging infrastructure for bicycle and car parking spaces

The provision of services also includes the implementation of the design plan drawn up by the client in execution planning.

The main activities of the works are not to be carried out in the security area of the airport.
