IR IKS would like enter into a contract for transport assignments from Levanger and Stjørdal, which will apply for three (3) years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 years on the same terms. The procurement will be split into 2 sub-contracts.
1. Transport of bulky waste for milling from Mule in Levanger Municipality to Sutterø in Stjørdal Municipality.
2. Transport of glass and metal packaging from Mule an Sutterø to Fredrikstad.
Prices may be submitted for one or both of the sub-contracts.
If a tender is submitted for both contracts, there cannot be a condition that the tender only applies if both contracts are awarded.
The tenders for sub-contract 1 and sub-contract 2 will be evaluated separately. The contracting authority will choose the two tenders that together give the contracting authority the lowest price.
The work involves transporting bulky waste for millng. The waste is to be collected from Mule in Levanger Municipality and transported to ID Westgaard at Sutterø in Stjørdal Municipality.
The transport must be carried out as container transport.
The annual amount of waste that must be transported is estimated to 3000 tonnes/year.
The waste that must be transported will mainly consist of wood, furniture, metal, hard plastic, plastic film, textiles, and fibreglass. Crushed fibreglass leisure boats and other small plastic boats from a separate reception for boats under 15 feet can also be included. There can be some plaster remains and mineral wool, even though we focus on sorting this in a separate sorting facility.
The tenderer will be responsible for providing the required number of containers for the assignment. There must always be replacement containers available at the contracting authority's facility. There must be minimum 6 containers in circulation for this sub-assignment.
The work involves transporting glass and metal packaging from Innherred Renovasjon's facility at Mule in Levanger and Isak D Westgaard's facility at Sutterø in Stjørdal to Sirkel AS in Fredrikstad.
The tenderer will be responsible for providing the required number of containers for the assignment. There must always be replacement containers available at the contracting authority's facility. There must always be 4 containers in circulation at each destination for glass/metal.
The waste must not be reloaded.
The amount of waste that must be transported is approx. 700 tonnes/year from Mule and approx. 800 tonnes/year from Stjørdal.
