The order is divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 - Performing works on the stand of the Municipal Park in Prudnik

Part 2 - Performing works on the stand of the Municipal Cemetery in Prudnik

Contractors may bid for both parts.

The description of the subject of the order for Part 1 shall be included in Annex 9 to the SWZ and the technical documentation:

PART 2 — COMMUNAL CEMETERY

The subject of the contract is the execution of works consisting in cutting and care of trees (including the establishment of certified bonds), on the basis of the prepared development of: dendrological inventory with a stand management project in Prudnik Municipal Park and purchase of feeders and nesting booths.

Scope of required work in accordance with the prepared studies:

- Tree felling: City Park - 83 pcs. ,

- tree care: City Park - 671 pcs.

Care includes: removal of podry, folding of bindings in crowns, correction of crowns, partial removal of ivy, x-ray of crowns, removal of outgrowths, other treatments e.g. removal of stakes, removal of mistletoe, etc., detailed scope of work for each tree determines inventory with design stand management;

- delivery and installation of additional equipment elements included in the development of the Prudnik Municipal Park (large park standing bird feeders with feeding platforms with dimensions in the range 80x80, 100x100cm and minimally 2 platforms with a hipped envelope roof coated with anti-fumbling material — 3 pcs.; nesting booths adapted for different species of birds — 20 pcs., nesting booths for squirrels — 5 pcs.; material of workmanship - wood);

- grubbing carp (in the park at alleys — 13 pcs. - no. 2470; 2477; 2485; 2515; 2492; 2512; 2511; 2511; 2510; 2509; 2507; 2506; 2505; 2526;

- cleaning of carp from the area of the Prudnik Municipal Park (about 10 pieces after subversion).

- transfer to the Contracting Authority of objects suitable for use.

The subject of the contract is the execution of works consisting in the cutting and care of trees (including the establishment of certified bonds) and planting trees and shrubs, based on the prepared paper: Dendrological inventory with a stand management project on the territory of the Communal Cemetery in Prudnik; Project of plantings complementing linden avenues in the territory of the Prudnik Municipal Cemetery; Executive project of greenery on the territory of the greenery at the Communal Cemetery in Prudnik — item no. 2544/95, AR_5.

Scope of required work in accordance with the prepared studies:

- felling of trees: Communal Cemetery - 4 pcs., square in front of the Cemetery: 8 pcs. ;

- tree care: Municipal Cemetery - 255 pcs.; care includes: removal of podried, folding of bonds in crowns, correction of crowns, partial removal of ivy, overexposure of crowns, removal of outgrowths, other treatments e.g. removal of stakes, removal of mistletoe, etc., detailed scope of work for each tree determines inventory with a stand management project;

- plantings complementing the lime avenues of the Cemetery — 56 pcs. (D1-D33; DK1-DK15 - according to the Project of plantings complementary linden avenues in the territory of the Municipal Cemetery in Prudnik; in places after removed trees: No. 68 sector 4, No. 231 sector 14, No. 245 sector 16, No. 268 sector 17 according to the authorisation of the OWKZ No 895/N/2021 and for the purpose of replacement hissed new plantings: N15 sector 11, N23 sector 23, N231 sector 14, N245 sector 16 according to dendrological inventory with stand management project in Prudnik Municipal Cemetery);

- plantings of trees and shrubs on the territory of the squire in front of the Cemetery: 4 pcs of trees; 236 pcs of shrubs, execution and regeneration of lawns, according to the Executive Project of greenery on the territory of greenery at the Communal Cemetery in Prudnik;

- grubbing carp in the cemetery a total of 19 pcs: 15 pcs. Jul DK1-DK15; 4 pcs. Jul for removed trees according to Permission No 859/N/2021: No. 68 sector 4, No. 231 sector 14, No. 245 sector 16, No. 268 sector 17)

- transfer to the Contracting Authority of objects suitable for use.
