The assignment consists of cleaning the objects at Media Park in Hilversum, Wim T. Schippersplein 1 to 7. The objects consist of connected office buildings (with separate departments for BNNVARA, the NTR and the VPRO) with an indoor studio and separately the pavilion that is located on the site and serves as an office location.

The public broadcasters BNNVARA, the NTR and the VPRO are housed within the objects to be cleaned. The 3 broadcasters all have 3 own spaces in the building. The central hall of the office building serves as a meeting place and has a reception desk, a company restaurant and a coffee corner. The building has fixed and flexible workplaces and there is a TV studio, several radio studios and a number of editing rooms. In addition to the 3 main users, a few other smaller public broadcasters also make use of the buildings mentioned. The office building and the pavilion together have a total surface area of approximately 25,000 m 2 .

Daily, periodic and additional cleaning of the objects falls within the scope of the agreement. Cleaning services will also be provided on the basis of a call. This is mainly for the studio recordings. On average, recordings are made 6 months a year.

In addition to the cleaning services, the contractor must also supply the sanitary resources and refill them in the objects. The following activities fall outside the scope of the assignment: window cleaning, deep cleaning and floor maintenance.
