The Assignment includes the provision of occupational health and safety services for the Safety Region Gelderland-Zuid and GGD Gelderland-Zuid. The Assignment will take the form of a Framework Agreement for the provision of occupational health and safety services. The agreement is entered into for the duration of three (3) years with the possibility to extend the agreement once for the duration of 12 months under the same conditions.

The attached General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Assignments for the Performance of Services 2018 (ARVODI-2018) apply to the Assignment. Purchase conditions and/or other Terms and Conditions of the Subscriber do not apply and are hereby expressly rejected.

The Contract is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender by means of the award method: award on value.

The following Sub-award criteria will be assessed, partnership occupational health and safety services, action plan, implementation plan and interview.
