The purpose of this market is the supply of low and high voltage electrical energy to supply points dependent on the Public Service of Wallonia (SPW), SOFICO and certain Walloon Public Actors (APW). The parties agree to designate the Walloon Region - SPW - mobility and infrastructure as being the contracting authority intervening on their behalf, in the awarding and performance of the contract, within the meaning of Article 48 of the Law of 17.6. .2016 supra. The market provides for a separate payment for each part of this market. The market is divided into 2 lots:

- lot 1: all sites supplied with high voltage (HV) infrastructure SPW, SOFICO and some APW,

- lot 2: all sites supplied with low voltage (LV) infrastructure SPW, SOFICO and some APW.

The 2 lots will be the subject of a 100% renewable supply offer.

All sites supplied with high voltage (HV) infrastructure SPW - mobility and infrastructure, SPW - budget, logistics and information and communication technologies, SOFICO and some APW. 2020 estimate: 137 GWh.

All sites supplied with low voltage (LV) infrastructure SPW - mobility and infrastructure, the SPW - budget, logistics and information and communication technologies, SOFICO and some APW. 2020 estimate: 28.6 GWh.
