The ambition is to facilitate the work for users by reducing the number of logins and logouts and the manual work steps and preventing non-quality assured processes

An IT support that, with or without adaptations, can meet requirements for basic functionality in the following nine (9) functional areas is in demand.

1. Create the basis for and administer school organization

2. Handling of personal information

3. Apply and place preschool, elementary school, after-school care, scheduling for

guardians (attendance, children in preschool), upper secondary school and adult education

4. Analyze and report business data

5. Finances within and between organization and school principals

6. Attendance and absence management

7. Grades, ratings and national tests

8. Documentation and assessments
