Provision of a wide range of grounds maintenance services to ensure all environments are safe and suitable.

Contract is for an initial 3-year period with the option to extend 2 x 2-year periods up to an overall maximum term of 7 years.

Tasks that need undertaking may include but not be limited to:

— maintenance of grassed areas, hard landscape areas and sports facilities,

— planting, establishment and maintenance of shrub beds, hedges and bulbs,

— maintenance of boundaries,

— maintenance of fixed and mobile external furniture,

— design and landscape projects as required,

— maintenance of sports pitches including mowing and line marking,

— complete removal and disposal of trees,

— tree surveying.
