Færder Municipality would like to procure a future-orientated administration and communication system for nurseries and schools, which will contribute to efficient work processes and efficient communication between home and the school/nursery. The municipality would like a general system that is user friendly and intuitive. Good communication tools are important for interaction with and assurance of inhabitants. The administrative system ought to be integrated with our other systems.

The contracting authority would like to procure an administration and communication system for nurseries and schools. Færder Municipality currently has an administration and communication system from IST and a timetable system from Visma. We would primarily like a general system.

The system must take care of personal protection in accordance with the law on handling personal information and the current personal protection regulations.

Nurseries: 9 municipal nurseries with approx. 580 children, in addition there are 9 private nurseries with approx. 620 children.

Schools: 7 primary schools, 3 secondary schools. Approx. 3000 pupils.
