3. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

4. Employment requirements based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law:

1) Detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority in the scope of employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor are included in Part III of the SWZ.

2) During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to perform control activities towards the contractor regarding the Contractor's or subcontractor's compliance with the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated in point 1. The detailed scope of the above activities is specified in Part II of the SWZ.
