The Evolution II project is aimed at providing a range of business advice on a range of topics to businesses in the Castlereagh Borough Council and Lisburn City Council area. The contract is for a lead consultant to manage and provide the relevant business services directly/ and or through partners. The Project is funded by European Regional Development Fund, Invest Northern Ireland, Lisburn City Council and Castlereagh Borough Council.
