This consultation concerns the Groupement's real estate complexes (listed in Annex 1 of the CCTP).

the execution of the contract is subject to the technical conditions described in the CCTP (services to be performed, equipment and materials to be maintained).

The contract is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders, with the following organizations:

-The Société d'Economie Mixte d'Aménagement, de Développement, et d'Equipement de La Réunion (Semader);

-Actisem ;

-The Société Immobilière du Département de la Réunion (Sidr);

-The Dionysian Development and Construction Company (Sodiac);

-The Société Immobilière de Mayotte (Sim);

-The Gie Cdc Habitat Overseas (Cdc Hom).

the coordinator of the order group is Semader. He is in charge of awarding, signing and notifying the contract. Each member must follow the performance of the services on his respective assets
