The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the winter maintenance of municipal roads, internal roads and parking lots managed by the City of Kraśnik in the seasons: 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads will be divided into six tasks. A detailed description of individual tasks is contained in Annexes 1 - 6 to the SWZ. Taking into account the transport importance of individual roads and the value of traffic intensity, the winter road maintenance action will be carried out in accordance with the principles (standards) of snow removal and removal of ice described in Annex 7 to the SWZ. The works will be carried out on days when it will be necessary to carry them out due to weather conditions, also on non-working days, holidays, as well as at night to the extent necessary.

The scope of streets and their area are defined in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The envisaged scope of work includes:

1) snow removal and sprinkling of streets with salt-sand mixture 70% (salt – 70%, sand – 30%) or calcium chloride (on call) in accordance with a given standard;

2) snow removal and sprinkling of parking spaces (on telephone notification) – the obligation to remove vehicles is the responsibility of the Contractor (applies to all tasks except task No. 1 – Railway Station);

3) removal of snow and ice (including loading and unloading costs) from places indicated by the ordering party (on telephone notification);

4) setting up and dismantling snow curtains on road sections indicated by the ordering party – the obligation to purchase curtains and stakes for installation is incumbent on the contractor (applies to task No. 1 – Railway Station and task No. 4 – Market Square).
