The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, hereafter called SPK, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a Framework Agreement for temporary staff services for IT positions and manager and specialist positions.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into 2 Framework Agreements for recruitment services. SPK needs to enter into one Framework Agreement for the staff recruitment services for IT positions, and one Framework Agreement for staff recruitment services for management and specialist positions (lawyers, actuary analysts, etc.). The short-term requirement is staff recruitment services for IT positions, mainly for development, architecture and user experience.

The tenderer is expected to provide recruitment services of a high professional quality, based on the prevailing updated practice for the discipline, as well as presenting documentation showing good implementation competence for ensuring the need for recruitment.

A Framework Agreement shall be entered into with one (1) service providers per lots (Lot A includes IT positions and Lot B includes management and specialist positions).
