1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity until 31.12.2023 for 194 energy consumption points, for the needs of street lighting, operation of buildings, premises and utility facilities in the municipality of Zgierz, in the amount of 1.743.816 kWh, with the reservation that to individual electricity consumption points, specified in detail in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ. Electricity will be supplied for the needs of facilities classified into 3 groups according to the following classification: Group 1 – road lighting, Group 2 – buildings, premises, Group 3 – facilities: hydrophores, sewage treatment plants and pumping stations.

2. The material scope of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for: - 149 energy consumption points for street lighting, 5 energy consumption points for buildings, i.e. the building of the Zgierz Commune Office, the Sports and Recreation Facility in Rosanów, the Socio-Cultural and Sports Activation Center in Gieczno, the village common room in Jedlicze A, the farm building in Jedlicze B, for which the invoice payer is the Municipality of Zgierz; - 40 energy consumption points for lighting, buildings, premises and commercial facilities, for which the payers of invoices are: - Gminne Centrum Kultury, Sportu, Turystyki i Rekreacji with its registered office at Dzierżązna 4, 95-001 Biała, - Gminny Zakład Komunalny, Dąbrówka Wielka, Kościelna 6/8, 95-100 Zgierz, - Primary School in Biała, 95-001 Biała, 4 Kościelna Street, - Primary School in Biesiekierz Rudny, Besiekierz Rudny 20, 95-001 Biała, - Primary School in Dąbrówka Wielka Główna 49, 95-100 Zgierz - Primary School in Gieczno, Gieczno, Szkolna 2, 95-001 Biała - John Paul II School and Kindergarten Complex in Grotniki, 4 Brzozowa Street, 95-073 Grotniki - Primary School in Słowik, Słowik, 42 Gdańska Street, 95-100 Zgierz, - Primary School in Szczawin, Szczawin Kościelny, 21 Kościelna Street, 95-002 Smardzew
