The subject of the contract includes the provision of a municipal waste collection service from the Przemyśl City Commune originating from uninhabited real estate, i.e. land where residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated on it (covered by the municipal waste management system) and transported to municipal waste processing installations.

The subject of the contract includes the provision of a municipal waste collection service from the Przemyśl City Commune originating from uninhabited real estate, i.e. land where residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated on it (covered by the municipal waste management system on the basis of declarations of quantity by uninhabited property owners and types of municipal waste generated, types of containers for their collection and frequency of collection) and their transport to municipal waste treatment installations.

The list of uninhabited properties is attached as Annex 1 to the Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract (hereinafter: "SOPZ").

2. The subject of the contract includes the provision of the following services:

a) collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 3 067 Mg;

b) collection of separately collected municipal waste - in the amount of 168 Mg, i.e.

- plastics and metals, including: plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging, multi-material packaging,

- paper and cardboard waste,

- glass waste,

c) transport of collected waste, referred to in items a and b, to the installation indicated in SOPZ.
