Purchase of licenses for a highly available workflow management solution for the open source software "Bonita" already in use at the client as well as associated support services and training

The client uses the open source version of Bonita (Community Edition) as a workflow management tool. Due to new requirements for the high availability of systems and the protection of personal data, the functionalities available with the open source version of the workflow management tool are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of internal clients. Against this background, the client requires the corresponding extended functionalities for the software.

A contract for the purchase of licenses for a highly available workflow management solution with Bonita, support services and training for the client's employees will be put out to tender. The contract term is set at 3 years with a one-time extension option for another 2 years.
