The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of magnetic resonance imaging on the ground floor of the Głogów Szpital Powiatowy sp. z o.o. building at 15 Kościuszki Street in Głogów.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of magnetic resonance imaging on the ground floor of the building of the Głogów Szpital Powiatowy sp. z o.o. at 15 Kościuszki Street in Głogów.

2. The order includes:

1) Delivery, installation and commissioning of the apparatus, which must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects manufactured not earlier than in 2023, complete and after installation, installation ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose, without the need for the Ordering Party to incur additional financial, organizational and technical outlays.

2) The subject of the contract must be admitted to the market and use in health care units in the Republic of Poland in accordance with Polish law and EU law. It must have current Polish or EU certificates/certificates of approval for use in medical entities.

3. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the necessary accompanying works in order to implement the subject of the contract m.in:

1) Preparation of the transport route for the apparatus and restoration to the original state of all elements requiring interference during the transport of the apparatus in the hospital,

2) Installation or adaptation of equipment necessary for the functioning of the new MR apparatus m.in. power supply and cooling.

3) Integration of hospital IT systems (PACS/RIS) with the new MR machine.

4) Launch of a new MR apparatus calibration, measurements, training of users.

5) Performing all specialist tests required by law in order to allow the installed equipment to work.

6) Warranty service of the supplied system. During the warranty period, the Contractor provides a free, manufacturer-authorized service, using original components and spare parts, This service will include spare parts and repairs regardless of the cause of the defect, inspections and software updates. The minimum warranty and service period is 24 months and will be counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol drawn up after installation and commissioning of the equipment and training of the Ordering Party's employees.
